🛞 Sim-Racing Steering Wheel

A while back I had the idea to create my own DIY steering wheel because my 3D printers started to collect some dust. Instead of starting with something simple, I, of course, choose to do a formula-style wheel.
After weeks of planning, designing, printing, ordering parts, programming and assembling the thing, I found that maybe, just maybe, there is a reason why those types of projects are done on custom PCBs and not just an Arduino, a USB hub, few LED strips and tons of wiring.
